What started as a “repair” unfortunately, was diagnosed as the chain/sprocket mechanism breaking. So, we opted to replace rather than repair the unit. After installation of a much quieter unit, our metal wheels grinding against the metal track sounded horrible. We then opted to replace them with the wonderful rubber/plastic wheels. It’s SO quiet. What a fabulous difference!! We’re thrilled – and have a warranty. What could be better? Oh yes, the technician – who was so professional and very polite. He even programmed my car to the new opener. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for great service!

I wanted to love this company. The Office Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frank showed up, on time, and worked with me to select the best product and PRICE to suit my needs. A few days later, Kurt, showed up, on time, and did a great job installing the exact door I ordered. A few days later, I had a small problem with the door catching. I thought OK, here we go; this company already has my money, will they care that I have a problem. I called them and they said “No Problem.” A couple of days later Kurt was back out, and took care of the issue in no time at all. I love this company. It was a nice bonus that the emailed pictures of the technician so I knew who was showing up. I will recommend this company to friends and relatives that need a new garage door, or a repair.
